Pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le processus, beaucoup de personnes utilisent le fil dentaire trop rapidement sans se concentrer sur leur technique et exercent une pression trop forte sur leurs gencives. Cela peut endommager vos gencives \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, entra\u00eenant une inflammation, une r\u00e9cession et des saignements.<\/p>\n<p><b>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9 : utilisez le fil dentaire pour vos dents, pas pour vos gencives!<\/b><\/p>\n<h3>Quelle est la bonne technique?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Utilizez 18 \u00e0 24 pouces de fil dentaire.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Enroulez le fil autour des majeurs, en laissant environ deux pouces de fil entre vos mains.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Glissez doucement le fil entre vos dents et formez un demi-cercle sous la gencive, \u00e0 la base de la dent.
